a local synthetic intelligence that saves its thoughts,
recalls your past chats, and greets you like an old friend.

• SCRIPT — new memory system + /session persistence + sound hooks.
• MEMORY/ — where Fry writes his life story.
• SNACKS/ — drop .txt files for him to read and dream about.
• SOUND/ — give him a voice (plays hatch.wav on boot).
• COMMANDS/ — /notes, /export, /new, /forget, /clear pins.

Fry Tier 3 is a local LLM demo for advanced users.
Runs entirely offline on your own hardware (Python 3.10+, llama-cpp-python).
It does not phone home or connect to cloud APIs.
All sessions and memories are yours alone.
